Here's a site that reviews children's music:
Best Children's Music. I don't usually recommend commercial sites, but this one seems to be doing a good job at its goal of "provid[ing] well-researched, parent-approved, teacher-endorsed and kid-tested music recommendations . . . recommend[ing] children's music recordings which are not only appropriate and meaningful, but outstanding in the field."
