Book Sale
The final numbers are in and the Friends of the Library Book Sale made $9277.00. Yes, that really is nine thousand dollars. Its the largest amount they've ever collected.
The Friends of the Library, especially Jane and Jerry Reavley, put in alot of hard work to make each sale a success. Stop and say Thank You the next time you see them.

Christmas Tree Recycling
La Grange Park and BFI are offering free Christmas tree recycling beginning the week of January 6 and extending through the end of the January. To have your tree recycled, simply place it at the curb on your regular garbage collection day. Trees should be free of all inorganic materials such as tinsel, garland, wire, or ornaments.
