Saturday Stretching and Smoothies

Come for the yoga, stay for the smoothies! All skill levels are welcome to join our free yoga class, a gentle session that will help you stretch, relax, and de-stress. After class, round out your new healthy Saturday morning routine by making a delicious and nutritious smoothie. All ingredients will be provided, but bring your own yoga mat and feel free to bring blocks if you have them!
