
Chair Yoga: Let’s Move Together
Cold February days call for cozy movement and good company! Join a chair yoga class at the library led by a local yoga teacher who’s also a mom, school teacher, black belt, and your neighbor down the street.
This all-levels class is gentle, supportive, and injury-aware, with a focus on mobility, healing, and joyful movement. Expect laughter, stretching, and the kind of movement that feels good—no experience necessary and no need to get down on the floor.
This class is great for seniors, but adults of any age are welcome!
