The Science of Astrology? More than 40% of Americans believe that atrology is at least somewhat scientific and that may be for good reason. This month, we will be discussing the origins of astrology and how it both contributed to scientific discovery in the past and could help to advance more scientific research in the future. In honor of the Zodiac for April we will be enjoying goat cheese stuffed crust “star” pizza with carmelized onions and baccon.
