Sunday Stretching and Sammies

Come for the yoga, stay for the snacks! All skill levels are welcome to join our free yoga class, a gentle session that will help you stretch, relax, and de-stress. After class, round out your new healthy afternoon routine by treating yourself to some tea and tea sandwiches. Bring your own yoga mat and feel free to bring blocks if you have them!
