StoryWalk® Community Reading Event (with hot cocoa!)

Our staff wrote and illustrated a story called, “When It’s Cold, Read for Gold!” Let’s warm up with a hot chocolate and read our unique StoryWalk®! It goes along with our Winter Reading Program of the same name.

You’ll be taken on a wintery adventure as you walk from page to page and are introduced to several dinosaurs participating in Winter Olympics events! These cute dinosaurs have a lot of talent and the ending of the story will inspire you to read for the program!

The story is 8 pages, and is located all throughout the library. The warm drinks will be on the main floor, where the story starts.

Don’t forget to grab a bookmark with all the program details and instructions!

Come out on January 7 at 4:00 p.m. with your family and complete one of the 8 activities (reading the StoryWalk®) for our Winter Reading Program!
